Welcome to Help REACH Africa (HERA).
Since our establishment in 2009, HERA has remained committed to advancing Rights, Empowerment, Advancement, Care, and Health (REACH) through programs and partnerships that improve the lives of women, children, adolescents, youth, men, and their families. Our mission is to save and transform lives, while our vision is a world where all people are empowered to live their dreams.
Over the years, we have worked alongside communities, national and county governments, academic institutions, development partners, and donors to address some of the most pressing health and development challenges facing our society. Through research, innovation, health systems strengthening, and community-driven interventions, we continue to generate evidence, build local capacity, and promote sustainable solutions that improve health outcomes and well-being.
At HERA, we believe that meaningful change is achieved through collaboration, inclusivity, and local ownership. We are committed to ensuring that no one is left behind and that every individual has the opportunity to live a healthy, productive, and fulfilling life.
We are grateful to our partners, supporters, and the communities we serve for their trust and collaboration. As we continue to grow and expand our impact, we invite you to join us in advancing health, empowerment, and sustainable development across Kenya and beyond.
Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our work.
