Head of Finance 

Richard currently serves as the Head of Finance at Help REACH Africa.

Richard is a highly skilled Finance and Administration Specialist with extensive expertise in finance operations, grants and sub-award management, human resources management, security management, as well as strategic planning and execution. He possesses a deep understanding of donor funding requirements and regulations, including organizations such as the Danish International Development Agency Kenya (DANIDA), The Department for International Development (DFID), the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), United Nations Agencies, the World Bank, the Gates Foundation, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Kindernothilfe (KNH), Partnership for Transparency Fund (PTF), and others.

With over 19 years of experience in the consulting and finance and administration field, Richard has served as a consultant and held the position of head of finance in various organizations. Previously, he worked as a team leader at Richent Consulting Services and as the Head of Finance and Administration at Act Change Transform.

Richard’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Moi University in Kenya and a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) certification from Strathmore University.

During his leisure time, Richard finds joy in farming and exploring nature through walks.
